These terms describe use of this website and how Done Deal Digital works on client projects. Website access is provided as-is and all commercial project terms are captured in the written proposal and agreement.
WEBSITE USE
- Use site content for normal business research and contact only.
- Do not use forms or contact channels for spam, scraping, or abusive behavior.
- Do not remove or reproduce pages in ways that imply false representation.
CLIENT PROJECT TERMS
- Scope, timelines, deliverables, fees, and revision counts are set in the signed proposal.
- Fit is determined by a discovery call; some requests may be declined as a poor match.
- Recurring services are optional and only proceed with written confirmation from both parties.
OWNERSHIP AND ACCESS
- Clients own business assets, copy, images, and brand assets they provide.
- Done Deal Digital retains rights to reusable templates, internal workflows, and project tooling.
- Accounts, if set up by Done Deal Digital, are handed over or documented in the project agreement.
PAYMENTS AND SUPPORT
- Payment terms and late-payment policy are included in the project scope document.
- Support windows and response expectations are set during onboarding.
- Emergency support timing is case-by-case and defined by availability.
LIMITATIONS
Done Deal Digital provides efforts-based marketing services. Results are affected by market conditions, offer strength, and your internal follow-up. We are transparent when timelines or outcomes are affected by factors outside the implemented scope.
